Career Professionals of Canada is the leading Canadian member driven career services organization. Its members are a diverse group of individuals including employment consultants, career coaches, resume writers, job developers, outplacement consultants, recruiters, organizational development specialists, human resource practitioners and a wide variety of other career professionals.

Resume writer or those who provide strategic advice on resume writing can become a potential candidate for the Certified Resume Strategist (CRS) credential.

To achieve the CRS designation candidates need to:

• Maintain a current membership with Career Professionals of Canada
• Provide three references that will validate one's abilities
• Complete and pass the Certified Resume Strategist (CRS) Exam
• Submit and pass a review of three sample resumes and one sample cover letter
• Sign a copy of the Career Professionals of Canada’s Standard and Ethics Statement

Membership Rates:

• Individual Membership: $180.00 per member
• Group Membership: $150.00 per member (minimum 2 members)
• Student Membership: $80.00 per member

CRS Certification Rates:

• Members: $295.00 per applicant
• Re-write Fee: $65.00 administration fee. (limit 2 re-writes)

Teleclass Program Rates:

• Individual Members: $380.00 per participant
• Non-Members: $495.00 per participant

It is not necessary to take the teleclass program in order to complete your certification. Participant may opt to invest in the CRS certification at a later date. If one decides to take advantage of this opportunity, he/she will receive a $50.00 discount on the CRS certification fee.
